PRESSURE AIRLINES AND FITTINGS
Airdive manufacturers a range of fittings for custom made hose
applications as well as our standard build airline assemblies.
Made from high strength brass and chrome plated, these
fittings will give many years of reliable service.
All fittings are swaged at the Airdive factory and can be swaged
on to any special hose length (part number 202056GH) up to 6
metres. Contact Airdive for prices of custom made
assemblies.

3/8 UNF male fitting. This thread is standard on many
older and many new model first stage low pressure outlets.
This fitting is not sold separately but is swaged in factory
as a component of custom made airline assemblies
9/16 UNF LOW PRESSURE AIRLINE FITTING 202057
9/16 UNF female low pressure fitting. Fits most second
stage regulators. This fitting is not sold separately but is
swaged in factory as a component of custom made airline
assemblies.
1/4 BSPT LOW PRESSURE AIRLINE FITTING 202083
1/4 BSPT male fitting. Primarily used for attaching ailine
fittings such as Tema® couplings for use in hookah systems. This
fitting is not available separately but is swaged in factory as a
component of custom made airline assemblies.
3/8 UNF female fitting. Special application fitting sometimes
used in airline extension when no other option is available.
This fitting is not sold separately but is swaged in factory
as a component of custom airline assemblies.

1/2 UNF male fitting. This thread is used on a number of
imported first stage regulator assemblies. If in doubt measure
across the thread to get external dimensions. This fitting is
not sold separately but is swaged in factory as a component of
custom made airline assemblies.
1/4 INCH ID LOW PRESSURE AIRLINE 202056GH
1/4 inch internal diameter low pressure airline. 400PSI
working pressure. Purchased as part of a custom made airline
assembly the airline is sold in per customer specification up to 6
metres in length. The airline is not sold separately but is
available with factory swaged fittings as part of custom made
airline assemblies
75 DEGREE SWIVEL 202015
This 75 degree swivel is designed to fit between the second
stage and the low pressure airline.(9/16UMF
M to 9/16 UNF F). The outlet angle of 75
degrees is fixed, however swivel action ensures easy movement of
airline and demand valve. This item is not imported and is
manufactured at the Airdive factory. Every single swivel is
pressure tested to 1000PSI before leaving the factory. Uses 1
X 210010N70 O seal (BS010 N70. Can be supplied with oxygen
compatible O seal if required.
3/8 UNF SWIVEL ADAPTOR 200780
This fitting is designed for special applications where a 3/8
UNF swivel outlet is required from the 3/8 UNF port of a first
stage regulator. The swivel has 3 X 3/8 UNF female ports.
Originally supplied for older first stage regulators with
limited low pressure outlet ports, the swivel is now used in a
number of custom applications.
